iSABRD contains information voluntarily supplied by alumni of the participating service academies and is available only to Service Academy alumni. The iSABRD is not intended for solicitation. The iSABRD's intent is to support business to business networking. The general rule to be applied should be that "there should be a reasonable expectation that the graduate contacted would have a business interest in the product or service offered."
